3. P90 workout WORE me out this evening!!! (which is a good thing!)...:o

- Grandson's third birthday party is set for Feb. 20 - I can't wait.

1. Coffee. Love my morning coffee and reading here.
2. 2-hour delay for school because of blizzard conditions. More time at the gym.
   
3. Ability to make reservations to fly out to see my son's new home
4. My peaceful and warm home
5. My DH who "gets me"

Today I am grateful for:
My 7 year old daughter, who is growing so fast, but still likes to hug her mama.
My husband, for being a total geek-a SEXY geek.
My raise and promotion at work. It's small on both accounts, but it HAPPENED. I didn't get either at my past job, and I was there for 3 years!
Having a job.

- my neighbor, Lee, is going to help me today. There is ice everywhere and I am nervous about falling with my shaky ankle. He is a nice man.

- willingness to try - I got through another weigh-in without overeating in the evening!!

- my sister is moving forward in her back surgery with her recovery

- my wonderful neighbors who always shovel my driveway when DH out of town.

- friends, family, this site

- warm clothes - I feel very cozy today
- hot coffee
- DS is working hard at school
- other DS still has a job even though his company just did some lay-offs
- the wonderful parents that God blessed me with
