I like Wasa fibre (35 calories each) with low fat yogurt cheese, humus, or a little nut butter or tuna salad and a cup of herb tea.

Dark chocolate with almond fiber plus bar - 130 cals
an orange - around 70 cals
2 light rye wasa with a slice of muenster melted on them - 140 cals
100 calorie pack of popcorn
glass of sugar free cherry kool-aid - no cals but very sweet

I used to snack on yogurt quite a bit but I think I'm burned out. It just doesn't taste good. What's up with that?

And if nothing really trips my trigger - a big piece of bubble gum. Totally empty 10-20 calories, but it keeps my mouth busy for an hour and it is KILLER sweet. I'm trying to find the grape kind we got as kids - a foot long stick we bought at the drugstore. Can't remember what it was called, but it was the best!

I have at least 1 or 2 of these a day

2% fat cheese stick
3 egg whites (hard boiled eggs)
Dole cups of fruit
greek yogurt
jello sugar free dark chocolate pudding
laughing cow cheese wedges
100 cal pack of almonds (you can make these by counting them out or they do sell them) The almonds and the cheese together is amazing!
