green beans-1 cup

Im on my period so this was really good, and then about 3 hours later I ate a bowl of special K cereal and a cup of skim milk. I ended up at about 1961 calories total for the day, so yea it was a great day for me

Baked chicked, baked sweet potatoes and carrots steamed and some corn. Not very creative but satisfying and healthy.

Glad to hear it! I am still pretty new here and getting to know you guys, so I am sure as time goes on I will see that more. It's obvious from your progress that you don't have too many off-plan days. You've accomplished so much and are an inspiration to me and many others.

A hamburger (as in, meat, no bread, just the meat) from the supermarket with a single portion of mashed potato and 400g of steamed veggies.

I'm actually going to burst.

Stuck at the hospital - can I just tell you Iowa weather is as bad as I've ever seen it this year and I've lived here my entire life? Anyway - a can of vegetable soup that I keep in my locker for emergencies and a salad I cobbled together in our cafeteria. They talk all "we promote health" but it's like pulling teeth to get something healthy from our cafeteria! They cook the veggies to death and the salads are all iceberg. Yuck! So I get one little dish of their awful lettuce and two packs of fresh veggies and dip. Throw out the dip, chop up the veggies, top with some cottage cheese. I'm glad to be back home today where there's real food.

We had peppered pork chops (recipe I found here that is d-e-licious!), mashed potatoes, and sweet peas. Yummy. Total cals: 347

I'm sitting at 1272 cals consumed today, with 237 "in the bank" to eat (target of 1509). I might just have some skinny cow ice cream for 100 cals to treat myself for a week well done.
