Count me in please! I still can't believe I actually managed to lose 51lbs in the last half of 2009 so I'm totally going for it in 2010! I'd be SO happy if I could get to my target in 2010, meaning another 78lbs loss.
January 1st - 15st 13lbs/223lbs
February 1st - 15st 5lbs/215lbs -8lbs
March 1st - 14st 10lbs/206lbs - 9lbs
April 1st - 14st/196lbs - 10lbs
May 1st - 13st 4.5lbs/186.5lbs - 9.5lbs
June 1st - 12st 12lbs/180lbs - 6.5lbs
July 1st - 12st 3lbs/171lbs - 9lbs
August 1st - 12st 0.5lbs/168.5lbs - 2.5lbs - had a week's holiday which was NOT on plan
September 1st - 11st 9lbs/163lbs - 5.5lbs - had lost more but another holiday gain to deal with
October 1st - 10st 12.5lbs/152.5lbs - 10.5lbs!!!! Best month yet, don't know quite what happened lol.
November 1st - 10st 7.5lbs/147.5lbs - 5lbs - definitely slowing down now but will take anything I can get.
December 1st - 10st 2.0lbs/142lbs - 5.5lbs - nothing most of the month then another whoosh - any drop is welcome though
December 31st - 9st 11.5lbs/137.5lbs - 4.5lbs - never thought I'd get below the 140's!
Total Loss In 2010 - 85.5lbs!!!
