I agree. What a joke. I think people in this day and age are way to lawsuit happy. Anything to make a buck.

It's true, they do advertise and try to get kids hooked. But what is next, are we going to have people trying to sue nintendo for causing children and adults to get hooked and gain weight due to lack of exercise? I think it is this cut and dry. This country is a free country. Just as Subway can advertise all there low fat options, there is no reason why the other fast food chains can't advertise. We all know that the food isn't good for us, but we choose to eat it anyway, just like candy, alcohol, etc.

I worked at a fast food place when I was younger and they do have charts that tell everything about the food, you just have to ask. And honestly. Are you really going to purchase the food then read the lable? All that is going to do is raise the price.

For me this can't be an excuse for my weight gain. I have never eaten fast food more then a couple times a month anyway. It's a treat for me. I know it's bad, but again, I choose to eat it anyway.

As far as some places taking off the low cal and low fat menue, it has a lot to do with how much they sell of the product. If it isn't selling, why should they have to carry it. I know that sounds harsh, but if we want the good for us food, then write them and when they bring it out, more of us need to choose that instead of the fat foods.

Hope I didn't offend anyone, lol, but that is my two cents.
