Plan on doing my 20 mins of step when I get home. Decided to do step Mon, Wed & Friday , and walk 2 miles and work on abs Tuesday & Thursday. Hopefully over time. I'll be walking 3 miles and will be able to do my whole step tape, which is 45 mins.

Talking I am working this

2 miles in today. Step tomorrow..... I am excited about it.

When I feel too tired, I think about those that aren't able to get up and move. I am grateful that I am still able to do physical activity. We think it can't happen to us, as I'm sure "they" thought the same. One day you CAN get out of bed and the next you've found that you've gained so much weight that it's not possible. So let's all get those butts moving!

did some shaking about while I cleaned the heck out of my kitchen... walked a bit, and did some shopping, and before bed will do some squats...

Saw something on the news today about working out in the morning making you more suseptable to infection and sickness, because of already raised levels of cortisol going higher during exercise... just thought I'd throw that out there... I mostly workout in the afternoon... I do do training exercises with hubby sometimes in the morning....

Daughter and I finally broke out the Firm upper body tape. I finished - barely! It truly kicked this big ol' butt! I hope to go walking tomorrow night, provided it doesn't rain. If it rains, maybe I'll see if the roller rink is open and go rollerskating instead!

Slimdown...I have the Sports Illustrated Super Shape Up Series...they came out in the early '90s. I like them, but I haven't used them in a while. All you need is a set of dumbbells and a step for the cross-training tape (the one I like the least...it's done by Cheryl Tiegs and she just annoys the crap out of me for some reason...) Anyhow, I doubt you can find them anywhere for sale, but you might be able to find them on E-Bay. If you have a means to copy them, I can send them to you if you promise to send them back. PM me with a mailing address if you'd like me to send them.

Hi All.. I don't post much on this thread.. but need to

For those of you on weight watchers I get really confused by the points booster.

How many exercise points to you think I earned?

I did 20 minutes of Richard Disco sweat - and yes, I did work up a sweat.. (after the first 10 minutes)

Is this high, moderate, or low activity? I weigh 210 lbs. I never know what to clasify the activity.

Thanks! Dana
