Because I weighed myself AGAIN this morning, just to make sure that the 11-pound loss was not a fluke. :D

If I can stay within my calorie range on a day like yesterday, today should be a breeze.

I will stay on plan today because I did it yesterday - it felt good to wake up with no food hangover, a bloated feeling, shame, etc.

Because I didn't track yesterday and ate way more points than I thought! :o

I want to have more energy and feel good about my body! I want to look in the mirror and think,"Hey, i like my body!" I want my self-confidence back! :) Also, for the health!

Because after bouncing up to 233 last week, I am finally back to 228 and ready to drop that ticker even lower!
