Wink I'm back...
The Collie specialty show was FANTASTIC. Bella took a winners *****/best puppy in breed for a major win and finished her championship!!!! Her auntie Charm took best in specialty show as well

I ate... very little. There was no time to eat. When I did eat... it was NOT healthy. I didn't get to pick restaurants etc. So I ate like once a day. Suffered a headache the entire time. Ended up with a yeast infection and my body is SO bloated from sodium it's not even funny. And I used to LIVE LIKE THIS all the time? OMG... not good.

So I got back at 9am this morning. I wrote my food for the day and I'm finished my first liter of water. I also got my period so I'm not weighing until Sunday.

LOL I laughed when I read your first post because I knew that your word had been censored. Congratulations to you and Bella! Isn't it amazing when we momentarily lapse into our old way of life, how yucky it feels? I felt kinda gross for a day or so after Thanksgiving (last Thursday here in the US), due to the combination of food and too much alcohol. I'm back on track now and feeling much better, so I'm sure you will be feeling better soon too!

Welcome back. I know what you mean about having to eat when you are not in control. It's so much harder! But then it feels like a relief to get back to our own food. Who would have ever imagined. I used to love travel especially for all the junk food I "had" to consume.
