I know there are others that have done this workout because I learned about it here lol What I am wanting to know though is if I should be doing this work out every day?? I did it on Saturday and man it was tough lol I got up with full intentions to do it on Sunday even though I wasn't feeling well and made it about 10 minutes in before I had to stop. SOme because my legs were killing me and other because I was coughing.
Did you have a tough time in the beginning? Did you just push through it? I sometimes get worried that I am going to end up hurting myself. lol
I didn't work out this morning and I normally don't on MOnday's but wondering though if this should be done ever day to get the maxium results.
She says you should do it every day for 30 days. Level 1 for 10, 2 for 10 and 3 for 10.
Personally it did get easier as I did it every day, but doing just Jillian every day totally burnt me out on her and I never finished the program.
That's something I am worried about as well. I have been doing the My Fitness Coach so every day is different. I like that -- just hasn't been pushing me enough lately. I thought about getting the new Biggest Loser Game but still waiting on more reviews before I shell out the 40.
