Hey nasus40...
Its just really fast walking...trust me.. lol... i tried running around 7mph but i just couldnt do it for longer then 3 minutes. lol.
So far iv been doing the power walking for the past week, and now im getting use to waking up early and exercising. On really cold mornings, ill do my exercise in the afternoon or at night. This is a really big change for be, because in the past 2 years i havent done any exercise @ all.
Iv been pretty good with the diet so far... hopefully that will stay the same too...lol
6 MPH IS running for me!! (short legs) I can even run at 5.5
I have done it. when i first started i tried going 7 MPH and kept complaining and said one day I HATE RUNNING the gal looked at me and laughed no wonder you hate it you go to fast! you look like you have Jack-the-Ripper after you. I laughed and said you mean i can go slower??? and evern sice then I can do it at 6 MPH!! and have actually gone 4 miles that way!!! try jogging at the 6 MPH (just make sure that you wear a good bra!! It hurts if you do not)
Yes, you are both right... i was wrong...whaaaaa
I had no idea whether my tredmil recorded speeds in miles or Km, so i got my mate to check it out and he told me it was miles. Anyhow after having a little chat with my parents, who brought the thing... they told me it was in Km, so im very sorry to you all... i had no idea...
Id love to give it a go
diet: WW 25-30 points
water: 8-10 cups
exersize: 20 mins walking (recovering from ceaser op so cant do much more then walking this month)
If I can keep to this for a month I will be really happy and considerably lighter im sure.
Good luck everyone

Count me in. I will stay OP for 30 days, I will start walking for at least a half hour a day, and I will drink 96 oz of water a day. This should be a good check for me.
