I plan on staying on it today BECAUSE tomorrow is my one month mark! I haven't done perfect, but If I could lose a definite 15 pounds by october 15, I would LOVE IT! and love myself. how great would that be?

I also wait for that moment that I get to change my avatar!!

I will stay on plan today even though I had dental surgery yesterday and so it's kind of a pain that I can only eat soft foods and one of them won't be ice cream.
