My comfort food today was caramel & chocolate kettle corn... eek. At least it was an all natural one with no HFC, right?

I have never had a scone and I am giving myself permission to try one when I go to England. Since I have never been but plan to someday, I don't think that scones will be much of a factor in my weight.

That is a different story for you my friend, Rosinante, the happy plodder, so way to go making them "gone"!
