Wow Tammy I am sitting here at work sniffling. You do know how awesome you are don't you????

What's weird is, my misses 18s (Vanderbilts) are jailin but I can wear a Lane Bryant 14 in a stretch material (albeit they are a bit snug). There's such a big difference between plus and non-plus. But given my nearly 10" waist-to-hip ratio the plus sizes just look better on me. It's going to be both a wonderful and somewhat sad day when I can't fit into the LB 14s anymore, because misses just don't fit as well.

congrats! That is awesome. I didn't fit into a size 18 PLUS until I was down to 190 and I am 2 inches taller than you. how strange. you're lucky, it'll take me FOR EV AR to get down there for some reason.

I teared up too!

I'm so happy for you. (And unlike clothing posts from our UK and US sisters, I actually know exactly what you're talking about!)

Hmm... must be a body shape thing. I find around here (3fc that is) most people my weight and height are fitting into roughly the same size. Whatever it is it ROCKS and I'm happy!!!!

lol!!!! THANK YOU. There must be a different sizing standard from the two countries or something. I'm happy either way!

Amazing work! That is such a fabulous NSV, I would have probably let out a shriek of delight from the dressing room, 'cause I'm subtle like that

I think it's my hips. they are wide even when they aren't 'fat'.

But either way congrats!

Hooray! Best feeling ever, I know. I did the biggest victory dance the day I realized I never had to purchase a thing from Lane Bryant ever again. It looked a little like this:
