Default Kick off cleansing techniques?

I was watching a review video for Turbo Jam on youtube, and after the girl was done reviewing her favorite workout videos, she went into talking about some sort of cleansing technique that she uses. I couldn't catch the name of what system she uses, but she was saying how vitally important it was to do a full body cleanse when trying to lose weight.

Have any of you ever tried this? If so what systems have you used? Which would your recommend? What sort of results did you get?

Cleanses are scams although some people do buy into them. Your body can cleanse itself. Best thing to do is eat a lot of fruits, veggies, legumes, etc to help your body.

I highly recommend avoid cleanses of any type.

Yea to what Nelie said... Also, have any of you seen the newest TV attorney commercials advertising legal representation for the bowel cleanse lawsuits? Guess enough people are having extreme kidney and liver damage from some of these products the lawsuit hounds are jumping all over it! Don't do it.

My grown son and I were talking about the cleanses awhile back.

My take on it is it's a bunch of hooey.

I figure if our bodies didn't cleanse themselves, we'd ALL blow up like a balloon and eventually explode!

Cleanses are something that people are selling, that's it. There is no basis for it, no foundation, and they can be downright dangerous. Your body is designed for self-cleansing. Period. Anyone saying anything different is selling you something...

I've lost over 140 lbs with no cleanse in sight. Our bodies are DESIGNED to be self cleaning! It's hooey.
