You acknowledged the slip now release it and start anew as you have done. We've all had those moments. We just have to learn not to beat ourselves up about it. It happens for whatever the reason. Me personally have finally come to grips with that. I am determined to keep pushing through. This time I'm not going to make it a never ending binge that lasts for months at a time. I acknowledge it and move on. I find that reading about all you wonderful people keeps me going and striving to meet my goals. So if anything come here for the support.
