I've lost a bunch of weight and MUST look better to others but since I see myself every day, when I look at myself in the mirror, I don't see any difference at all. So I'm going to get a digital camera and take monthly pictures so I can finally SEE my efforts paying off.
I may need to beg the chicks here for some help on how to post a picture though since I've never posted one and I'm a lil' ignorant.

there must be something hormonal in it too, or the hormones washing over my psyche in an insidious way. I'll have times when I look in the mirror and think I look fine, and times when I feel like I look huge.

Bf says I think too much about my body, and I agree. The weight loss process though does make me think about constantly -- I've lost x lbs, do I look any different?? Thank goodness I've taken up knitting!

I caught a glimpse of myself and DH in the Whole Foods window on Thursday and looked around because I thought some girl behind me was wearing the same shirt I was. It was the first time since losing weight I'd really LOOKED at myself, and I was shocked.
