Last time I was below 180 was summer 2003....
The last time I was at my goal weight of 125 was 15 years ago. I won't let another 15 pass me by before I get back there.
The numbers really put things into perspective.
When I think about how impatient I am now to get to my goal (want it tomorrow ), I should try and think of the patience it took me to stay fat for 15 years. I totally had my head in the sand.

June 2007... I went to Puerto Rico for 5 days weighing 150, came home weighing 158. Only gained more after that. My current weight is 152.1

(edit - you know it's taken me about 9 months to LOSE those 8 lbs! Still not there...)
