I am staying on plan today because I fit into and bought a pair of size 14 pants today. Another first in my life

(Plus, recently I had a small "binge", and I felt absolutely awful. I do NOT want to feel that way EVER again . On plan is much better.)

I will stay on plan today because I've transferred money to my cashcard ready to pay for my hotel in Paris, I'm nearly ready to take the plunge, and I WILL NOT be this weight in gai Paris!

...because I believe it IS possible to lose 100 pounds... one step at a time literally and one conscience desicion at a time... because I CAN do this and finally get to the other side of this battle for good and that all starts with...getting thru today!
