Default Today's goals

I have kinda of come to a stop ini my weight loss. I have lost several pounds of water weight from the diuretic I finally decided to take. I was holding a lot of water and my feet feel much better, but I don't really count that as weight lost.

Anyhow, I looked over my journal from when I was losing better and yep- I'm eating more food. I upped my exercise and apparently, upped my food intake to match.

Well, lesson learned. Today I am on a fresh start and and doing a bunch of things to get the week off to a great start. I have brown rice in the crockpot, got celery cut up and ready to snack on, made some salad dressing, made my grocery list for next week. And THREW away the bag of pretzels that had been calling my name for weeks, which I opened last night and ate 2 oz of salt laden junk I didn't need. I filled all the ice cube trays so I can have nice cold water. Oh, and I started some sprouts for my salads.

So, I just wanted to post this here so it can be out there and I have some folks to be accountable to. I would like to have at least a little loss by my next appointment in 2 weeks.

Way to plan! For me the planning is just so important. It sounds like you are doing beautifully. Also, fantastic for you to be perusing that food journal to figure out what the stall is all about. It sounds like you are really ready to get on your way in this journey.

Way to go! That sounds great. I have to plan our dinner menus for this week yet.
