Hang in there Jennelle! Now is when you need the determination to not give up, just keep plugging away at it. Prove to that scale that you are more stubborn than it is and you will break out of the 230's! Take care of those shin splints, sounds painful, hope you're feeling better soon!

Yesterday I stuck to plan as well: 32 WW points (I have 30 per day plus 35 additional points per week), 35 minutes on the treadmill (which gives me 3 activitiy points), and about 60 oz. of water.
I'll bust out of the 230s in no time at this rate! :dance: |
And stuck to plan today: 30.5 points, which is a half point over my daily points but I still have 32.5 additional weekly points to use, about 70 oz of water, and 30 minutes walking on the track at the park.
Go me :) |
