)I don't often do this, but I need a kick in the boo-tay. I am setting another intermediate goal. I will be out of the 230s by July 23. That's just a tiny hair over a pound per week.





I will go tomorrow, now that my athletic training major daughter has taught me some good lower leg stretches!
