Yeah, I never weigh after Chinese food, Mexican food etc. I know it will be at least a 4 lb gain even if calories are in check. As you see it comes off fast though.

I am glad you kept your sense of humour about it! That wouldn't be my first reaction to seeing a 5 pound increase!
Congrats on the anniversary and hey, it was a special occasion, you figured it all in...it was all good.

I never thought about the sodium content of Chipolte before! I got a burrito bowl (light cheese, NO sour cream or guacamole) and ate 3/4's of it on Saturday. I think I had better go drink some water!

This post gets me thinkin......Ive been wondering, if you eat salty foods and put on water weight, can you still lose fat at the same time?

Well, you should be congratulated on your attitude. It'll be gone in no time, and you aren't letting all that water weight get you down. What happens between your ears is more than half the battle in the war against fat.

If you stay strictly on plan and really push the fluids, you'll see those 5 off and then some in a huge whoosh!

I very recently became addicted to sushi. My second week of WW, I went to sushi for lunch with a friend, not even thinking about it! Even the sushi itself without soy or soup will have an impact, but it is short term. Now, we try to only go to sushi on WW days, AFTER weigh in!

Happy Anniversary! I hope you had a wonderful time.

Like others have said, I'm sure those pounds will be gone in no time.

I swear I replied to this post before but there must have been an error on my home computer. Weird. Have a great day!
