I don't think my husband knows how to buy food. He needs an explicit list and often directions where the food exists in the store Although if we are in a store together, sometimes he will bring stuff up to me and ask about it.

My husband too, though we've never gone into a store together, even after 14 years. I've asked him too, mainly so he can see the prices!

I was going to say that making pizza at home is a great idea. I do that a lot. You can get whole wheat Bobilli pizza crusts, low sugar pizza sauce, low fat cheese...the ideas are endless. I do make pizza at home. The boys LOVE to help and that way I can control what I am eating and everyone can have what they want on their pizzas.

Pizza is definitely a huge weakness for me as well. I make mini ones with low cal english muffins, sauce, very little cheese, and loaded with veggies. It usually takes care of my cravings. Although, if somebody brought in restaurant pizza I would most likely do the same thing as you did. lol

I too love, love, love the pizza. I've been making my own with pita bread - no sugar speg. sauce - peppers - turkey pepperoni and 1 serv. of motzarella cheese. It all comes in at about 230 calories and taste fab. I want to figure out how to make different kinds like bar-b-q chicken and taco pizza that keep the calories between 200-350.
