Made it to 200 today!!! OK, only just, it's 200.8 but it's goodbye to that irritating pound that was dogging my steps!
Well pleased.
I've started keeping a record (I can only do it for the last week and onwards, dpower seems to have eaten my food logs from before that) of calories, fat, carbs, fibre, dairy, meat and processed stuff, just to see if I can spot a pattern of loss. Obsessing? Maybe but I'm not snacking!
