Part of it is just differences between people, but I think this also illustrates how much of our improvement comes from our new lifestyle and not just the actual weight loss. You and many others post how now you can do some thing, but you may still be at significantly higher weight now than where I was when I started - yet I have had the same changes and improvements as I lost weight, but across a completely different weight range. I think it's fascinating and neat.
