ok enough of the mush.
here is a question....
my daughter, who is 16...has decided to take control of how she eats and shes part of my inspiration to get healthy....I work second shift (vacation day today..WOOT) and when im not home she doesnt eat and if she does its not much...she will usually wait till i get home (10pm) but what she eats is very little...how would you encourage her to eat healthy and not feel bad about eating. she does make healthier choices in what she eats.
