These things are going to happen from time to time. It's very hard, downright impossible to be 10000% focused all the time on calorie counting, preparing, exercise and what not.
I believe the key to success therefore, is to
make the very best choices available during these times. And of course, to not let "these times" last all that long. Getting right back into it as soon as possible. And it sure sounds as if that's exactly what you've done.
