I'm 57 (that sounds so strange to say) but I feel like I'm about 37---young at heart even if my body is starting to feel my real age!!!

I'm 56, will be 57 in August. Nice to know there are a few as old or older than me

I'm 36. Until I had my little guy in 06 (and was nice and fit and active ) I felt in my 20s easy....Now it's time to feel in my early 30s Gotta get off this excess flab that is slowing me down!!

I'll be 57 in March. So glad there are some folks in their fifties. Yay!

Not that I wish for people in their fifties to need to lose 100 pounds of course. YOU KNOW what I mean.
