I can relate to a lot of your list. My mom is big, too...my sister that used to be thinner is a little bigger than me now...(she has 3 kids tho...I don't have that excuse.)...I used to have NO ENERGY....ummm....I still look for 3/4 sleeves for the flappy arm thing...

The spots on every shirt thing? Been there, too...
I guess I'm trying to say you are not alone!
I don't have all the answers, either, but I started with logging what I eat and walking almost every day. Then I added paying attention to how many calories. Then I added trying to eat more healthy foods to get more nutrition for those precious calories...then I added weight training to build muscle...then I added biking which I discovered can be quite addicting.
Take it in steps if it seems too overwhelming. But make a plan and build healthier habits for yourself. You WILL feel better. I'm not going to tell you it's easy...cause it ain't. But it's not impossible.
