Like the wonderful people here would ever laugh!

I've been there, heck, I'm there! My first day on plan I did 30 minutes of low impact cardio... There were certain things I couldn't do, but that's not even the worst of it! I was so sore for 3 days that I couldn't bend over. I was in constant pain.

It will just take practice and eventually we will be able to do the exercises with no trouble and we'll be proud of just how far we've come! Until then, don't give up!!

Big hugs ~ it's a hard one. I need to start doing it again; I've gotten really lazy lately. I was about 315 lbs when I started doing it, and had just quit smoking. It was really hard and I was always behind but I floundered through it. Then it got easier each time. What really helped me was, yelling back at Jillian. I called her some ugly names. I told her I didn't CARE that 400 lb people could do jumping jacks for her; I couldn't! (I have bad knees and ankles and I really can't jump at all.) Then at the end of the DVD I would apologize for calling her names and thank her for her help. Sounds crazy but it worked for me--until I fell off the exercise wagon. I plan on getting right back on it Monday morning since I have 2 days off next week.

I bought the 30 day Shred, but haven't tried it. Guess I better. At least now when I die, I won't feel bad. Thanks for sharing!!

I DID IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went right back at it today and completed the first level! I only did half the cardio, I had to skip all but one of the jumping jack rounds, and some of the jump rope bounces and butt kicks, but I did everything else and did some of the other cardio moves like the boxing (which I like). I didn't feel as bad as I did yesterday either, and recovered much quickly afterwards. Man am I sore though!

I was so proud at the end I almost cried.

Thanks ladies. I knew ya'll would never really laugh at me, and your words of support and encouragment really helped me try again today. Ya'll are so wonderful!!
