Hi!

I decided to take the plunge and join after lurking for years (literally ). Through my lurking I have learned so much from this site. So thank you for that!! This place seems like such a wonderful community.

I have done okay with my weight loss after finally starting to take it seriously, instead of the lame half-hearted attempts that I have made in the past. But, I thought about it and decided that I could do better in my efforts if I had a place that I could throw my ideas/obstacles/questions out there and get responses back.

Room for one more?

Welcome Randi! Someone recently posted that a good way to stick to weight loss plans was to post here every day. Of course, I'm probably taking it to an extreme and posting all over the place, but it's working so far

There is always room for one more here. Keep up the good work and stick around!
