They aren't actually zero carbs. There are 3g of carbs from erythritol, albeit the least offensive of the sugar alcohols.
Some people, mainly manufacturers, argue one doesn't need to count these carbs when following a LC plan. I disagree.
Some people can tolerate sugar alcohols. I'm not one of them.
