Hey Zerocool --- Welcome to the St. Valentine's Day massacre --- only THIS time around, we are lining up a bunch of FatNasties against the wall and destroying them. I don't suppose you can talk with an old-time gangster accent, can you?

"You dirty rats! You're the dirty rats that killed my bikini and now I'm gonna fix alla youse guys!" (See? I can't do it! We need you!)

NIckiRose ---- I think we need to get Zerocool to have a little "talk" with that last pound of yours. You know, the kind of "talk" that involves baseball bats and muscles.

I predict that dirty rat fat will be gone by goal day.

Speaking of goal days, it's February 7 and we only have one week to go. I lost 2 pounds this week, leaving me with a very unlikely 3 to lose before next Saturday. I have only been doing cardio so far on the treadmill; I will try to add some kind of weights this coming week to shake those last 3 pounds.

How is everyone else doing?

Thanks Numina but it isnt gonna last (those numbers) went out last night and the drink got the best of me so I have a feeling Im gonna see it on the scale Sat,lol

2 pounds...FINALLY! The numbers moved and they went the RIGHT way.

I am going to have to be extremely diligent if I want to hit that V-Day goal now. Only 3 pounds left. Ack! I am nervous I'm not going to make it.

Irish --- congratulations on the successful eviction of 2 very unwelcome house guests. They will know better than to mess with YOU in the future.

I have 3 pounds to lose this week as well and I am not feeling real confident, either. So, you and I are going to have to turn the 3FC stereo up really loud, put on our dancing shoes and shake it until 3 pounds falls off. Ready?

Ugh, lost 1 lb...really wish it was more! I worked my butt off this week on the Wii!! I know I know, I should be happy, but in my heart, I lost more lol.
