Angry hi all question need answer

hi has anyone done the richard simmons program i like the work out tapes and i like weight watchers too can't decide. any ideas? thanks

not sure if this will help, majestical, but most people who have tried WW like it, and found that it works for them. my sister is doing the low carb version of WW and is doing GREAT.

richard simmons is a nice guy, but i think WW has better support groups...

I agree both would be good. ww has a wonderful support system which is the key to weight loss.

thanks i was thinking about that but don't the richard simmons bring that food track thing? and know i read about the walking video about a lady it sound good to i'm so confused thanks for four helpl have a good day

i dont know, Richard simmons always seemed to cheery and happy for me. the thought of seeing him smile and so happy in the morning would make me want to eat the fridge let alone whats in it

id say using his workouts and diets would be good if you are already established in your weightloss and diet.
