This happens to me sometimes where I physically cannot stay full, and it usually lasts for 3-4 days. You can either eat a little more, or drink a lot of hot drinks (this helps me more than just water).

You might just need to tough it out, which I know is hard - but it will go away.

Just tossing this out there...how about a planned "treat day"? Plan a healthy non-dieting meal with a little bit of comfort foods, whatever yours may be. Throw in some extra activity the day you have the treat day and the day after to help compensate. Maybe you need a bit more for some reason right now and could possibly keep it safe and sane, not going crazy off plan.

I have trigger foods that I know for sure to stay away from or I'll turn a treat into a full-on binge. I'd stay away from any triggers but try eating just a little bit more? I know Rodeo girl had a great idea with the big salad that was still OP but helped fill her up.
