Default A Weekend with No Gain

I had a gainless weekend. I stayed on plan even with the party on Saturday night and I got on the scale this morning to a no gain weekend. The weekends are the hardest for me because of the lack of schedule. I am trying to change these habits of mine and I looked to see what would of made is even been than that this weekend. I am adjusting to all this without feeling deprived and that is really important to me. The only thing I worry about is the 5 days in Japan. I hope the sushi does not get the best of me.

I am so embarrassed and ashamed that I ate gingerbread yesterday. On Saturday I ate this completely yummy Venezulean bread a friend brought too. I went up a pound since Friday. I have already run my intervals this morning and am contemplating what my breakfast will be. I need to make a list and get to the market.

I have also not been drinking my water this weekend. So, I am outing myself to this whole board. Today I will stay on plan and get my water down.

Oh, I really think that's uncalled for and depressing as heck! Is anybody so harsh on themselves as dieters? Would we treat anybody else that way?

Thanks Julie. I wouldn't be ashamed if I had only eaten in moderation. But for heaven's sake, I ate darn near the whole roof.

Good for you for being accountable! We all have these times when we veer off plan. The best thing to do in these instances is to jump right back on-plan and make a plan for handling these instances better in the future. Planned treats/meals are good, however, too many off-plan treats can equal disaster. This whole journey is a learning process. The more we learn about ourselves and how to control ourselves, the better our outlook for success.

Way to make it through the weekend, Saturday and Sunday should count double for hours OP it's so tough!
