Nixie! I was at my high weight a year ago. 3 fat chicks has really helped me stay on plan and lose this weight. Please stick around and post so you can get the support you need to take the weight off. You will feel so much better when the weight starts coming off. We're glad you are here!

You're taller than me...but you are pretty close to where I started.

Don't be afraid to ask questions - you'll get many opinions in return.

Do you have a plan in mind?

Welcome! It's great to have you here. 3FC is the place I return to over and over again because people are just so darn helpful and friendly.

Hi chick in the hat!

I haven't figured out a plan yet, I'm leaning towards a modified version of the Abs Diet. It's a whole foods approach, and I've used it before with some success. I got away from it during some turmoil, but I think it's a good fit for me. I don't want to "diet," I want to learn how to eat in a way that I'll be able to maintain for a lifetime.

Congrats for stopping in--I just got here, too! All of is newbies should band together to ensure none of us leave. Hopefully by this time next year we can look back and be proud of our virtual stumble to 3FC!
