Default Fresh Veggies vs. Frozen Veggies and Digestion.

Sorry all,

I have a weird question. I normally eat frozen vegetables. I have always had a regular digestion - at leat once a day. Well, I started eating fresh brocolli (instead of frozen) in my stir fry. And I am not as regular anymore. I am kinda weirded out. I don't feel constipated; just not my regular self. Is this normal?? Sorry for being ultra personal but I know someone here will be able to shed a light on my situation. Thanks!!

Maybe the water content is higher in the frozen ones? I don't know any other difference other than that.

I noitce the same thing with fresh vs. frozen broc. I know that frozen veggies are typically frozen at their freshest, whereas there is no telling how truly old the "fresh" broccoli is, so it might have something to do with that? I really don't know.

Frozen broc tends to be easier on my tummy for whatever the reason.
