I grew up on the other side and my family is scattered between Monroe and Fox Island. I've lived about seven years total (not continuously unfortunately) over here and really hope to find a job somewhere between the Cascades and Spokane when I finish my graduate program. I spent many summers in Sunnyside on my Aunt and Uncle's farm and have been hooked ever since.

Best advice is do what works for you! Not everyone can do it all do what you can and you'll get there learn from your mistakes and never give up. Also post when you can. If you have a certain question ask. I look forward to helping you with your WL journey.

Monroe here. Near Seattle! Welcome to our club. I've been here less than 3 weeks and fully credit 3FC with my adherence to my Weight Watcher's and for giving me the extra support to keep the scale moving in the right direction.
