It's normal. It's just your body reacting to the toxins mobilizing and leaving your body. Nothing to do with your character. So you'll be a superstar!

I admire you for hiring a trainer. I have paid for so many gym memberships that if I had the money, I probably could retire. But that is in the past.
I am not brave enought to hire one even though my man partner has offered to pay for one. You have given me some encouragement.

In regards to feeling ill during your workout, I agree with what other folks have said about eating a little bit and drinking some fluids before your workout. If you have been sedentary for awhile, it's your body's way to becoming accustomed to moving more.
