There is a concern with weekly calories being gone before the week is up, so what about giving yourself a daily calorie range? It's more or less the way I learned to do it in Weight Watchers, except it was points I was counting and not calories.
Basically, instead of aiming for a single target, give yourself a daily minimum and maximum. Not only does that give you some wiggle room
, but it would keep you from undereating, which is a problem I have at the start of any diet.
