But Beverly, you *seem* so young, I always think of you as MY age (because 39 is so young, ya know)!
Thanks, Lyn. I 'feel' very young at heart and I know I think young. However - this body feels very old many days.

You're right - what year were you born?

I'm 55 and got my first "senior" discount this year. I felt more like a senior when I weighed 103 pounds more!
Me too - I've been enjoying my 'senior status' a year now...I am now 'legal' to eat off the senior menu at Bob Evans. It's my mom's favorite place to go.

Techie question -how you you take other people's words and put them in quotes in that little box with their name (in bold dark print) in the box? If you know what I am asking. That never happens for me. I always have to add their name to the side.

Beverly, at the bottom right hand corner of the post you want to quote, just click on the box that says 'Quote' (right next to the 'edit' button, which is my personal favorite feature!). That will give you a new post window with the quote code already built in.
If you want to quote more than one person as you did in this post, you click on the little box *next* to the 'Quote' box, the one that looks like a set of quotation marks. Click on that box in each of the posts you want to quote, then click 'post reply' at the bottom of the thread. That should give you a new post with all the posts you want to reply to already quoted.

Even though im only 20 i wish i had caught this when i was 17 when i really started gaining. Oh well ill just love myself for doing it no matter when i started
I'm 36, which sounds strange to me. I either feel older or younger, but I never quite feel Thirty-Six. As with everyone I wish I'd lost the weight earlier too. Well, that's not quite true. I wish I'd lost and kept it off. I feel like I've been on and off diets since I was 10. Oh wait... I have.
