Does anyone do Strength Training Video tapes. I know I really need to add some weights to my program, and I seem to work well with videos, so I am going to go out this weekend and buy a Strength Training tape. Just wondering if anyone has any good ones they can suggest?

It should be available where you are through your PBS channel. For strength training I do Margret Richards every afternoon at 2. She incorpates weights and what I enjoy is it varies from day to day so you won't get BORED!! If you don't have access, let me know.
