Well I'm not on any plan yet except simply cutting down on everything.

Just trying to get my brain and my body used to the lose weight idea.

Thanks guys, that pound was a tough one! Yes FB I will be posting new pics probably today. I took them yesterday. I have a problem. Whenever I lose ten more pounds I take pics. And the last 30 pounds I have not been able to "see" any difference. I know I am smaller because I take measurements and am shrinking dramatically. And my clothes sizes are going down fast. But like yesterday, I took the pictures and I was just appalled. I looked and looked but I cannot see that I look any thinner. Maybe even fatter. It is hard for me but I know eventually I will start to see how I really look. I think it is starting to happen because every so often I look at my 278 pics and my jaw just drops and I get tears in my eyes. Like I am seeing for the first time, "I was THAT big?" Anyway pics should be up later today, even tho I don't like them!!

Another pound gone today, too. Workin hard...

I'm still here ... kinda.... lurking lots!

Weightwise... i'm a tiny bit up... then a tiny bit down... then a tiny bit up... does that count as maintenance?!

Oh that and on 25th I went in for a full tummy tuck - got home yesterday and hopefully get my drains removed on Monday 30th... so ya know... busy busy!
