Although I don't know you personally...when I read your thread..I wanted to share a book I thought would help with alcohol addiction..or any addiction. It is called "A Woman's Worth" by Marianne Williamson.

Thank you all for your kind words and support. I'll do my best to keep my blog going, I've found that is helping and will hopefully be back sooner rather than later and be in a much better place to resume weight loss.
