Once again PMS is sucking the life out of me. I remember when I used to eat and eat and EAT to comfort myself. Today instead I rode my bike, hard. I am doing ok on my calories but oh my gosh, I am just physically SHOT. Cramps and backache and headache and half nauseous... UGH I hate this.
Now my question. Does anyone know any way to encourage TOM to arrive a little sooner? Someone told me to drink parsley tea so I am doing that. I am having my culposcopy next Monday and they won't do it if TOM is not over, so I need this to happen. I cannot stand to wait another 3 weeks for this procedure.


It sucks. I can't think of any ways to bring it on any sooner. I wish mine would be a little longer (I'm averaging between 20 and 27 days each cycle now). I have learned to add in extra snacks during the day so I'm eating every 1 1/2-2 hours. That way I'm not feeling so famished. I also haven't been having much of the cramps and stuff. The doc told me to go ahead and take aleve or ibuprofen as soon as I first start feeling the hurt so I can get on top of the pain.
