Ugh...up to 254 this morning. I'm not feeling well, and I don't know why. I'm stiff all over and exhausted. My mom thinks I have fibromyalgia, but I've never been officially diagnosed. I'm having some gastrointestinal issues as well which could account for some of the "gain".

My worst thing right now is I get most of my fluids at home after dinner. Here at work, I've only got water (I refuse to pay $1.35 for a diet soda or anything like that), and I get bored with just plain water. At least at home I have Crystal Light and stuff. So...because I'm drinking 40-60 ounces at and after dinner, I'm up all night in the potty and I feel like crap in the morning.

As far as exercise goes, this weekend was better than most. Moved some furniture on Saturday (rather than sitting on it) and did some cleaning, and yesterday spent the entire afternoon taking my son to a baseball game. We actually were out on the field before the game and then afterward so he could "run the bases" with the other kids, so I got some sun, did a lot of walking...and climbed A LOT of stairs.

Gotta get on track if I'm gonna make my goals!

* take lunch to work each day
* take a walk at least two times a week

exercise is not the devil, i keep repeating that LOL

I did my cardio today, which I almost skipped. But I am determined to succesfully complete the goal I set for myself, and develop better habits while doing so.

geez. I still haven't exercised. I've got several days off coming up, and i've resolved not to just lay around playing on the computer. I'm going to do spring cleaning, and if you could see my house....exercise here i come. lol.

I finally broke down and weighed myself. I've lost 14 lbs already (since 4/26).

My goals are -

Walk at least 4 days a week
Do my PT exercises EVERY DAY for my back.
Drink 64 ounces of water
Eat between 1500 and 1750 calories per day
Eat more fruit. I can eat veggies all day, but my fruit is lacking!

The last few days were bad because of someone vandalizing my car and birthday preparations. I'm hoping to hit plan once Wednesday happens and there is no more cupcakes/cakes around

Got a bit off track--I took my daughter and a couple of her friends to the beach and ate like they did--pizza, chips, ice cream sundaes. I don't feel particularly guilty though, just ready to get back in gear. I did have 1 success though, I've never walked to the watertower before (6m rt) and I did it this trip.
