Hi all.
I'm jumping in here also if you don't mind an old (hip!) lady! I'm 54 years old on April 10. But I'm a slow starter (in almost everything-not even married yet!, so I only feel like I'm in my 30's. (Is that pathetic? - doesn't feel like it to me.)
I have another 120 (at first!) to lose. I have lost and regainedabout a ton in my diet history. Two years ago, I lost 52 lbs. Isn't that
great!? Wellllll, then the next year, I gained 82! (speaking of pathetic...) Well, I am determined that that won't happen again. If I keep saying it will it stick sometime? I've lost 25.5 since Jan. 1. I count calories and watch my fat grams (I try to keep them under 30 per day). So far, so good. I'm almost down to where I was when I started 2 years ago.
So, anyway, I'll check back later.
