I'm glad to know I'm not the only one!! *lol* Last night I had my dd take some pics of me from the front and side so that I will have something to compare the next 20 pounds to. I did go back to some pics from last September from my sil's bachlorette party and I could tell a difference in my face so that made me feel alittle better. One day I will be brave enough to post them

Congrats on such a great loss! You did that in no time Keep it up! Anyways it took my eyes a good while to notice even though my clothes were falling off. After 5 months I am now used to how I look now and can't imagine being as big as I was (my stomach was much bigger). When you get down to 200 I bet you notice quite a difference.

I have about 100 pounds to lose... and I am at -36 this far.

My mom notices a LOT (especially in my face and butt, she says)... and I can def. tell my pants are getting WAY saggy--- I took progress pics in the same clothes, same position... and I can tell a TINY bit at 30 pounds... but not a ton.

They say that when you have a LOT of weight to lose, you don't see the changes as drastically. For example, I've lost 36 pounds and am JUST fitting into one size smaller than I was wearing (I was at a big size 20 pants, now squeezing into my big size 18 jeans). Yet I heard when you get smaller, a 10 pound loss equals a dress size. Not for me yet!!!!
