Hi all. Not much going on here. Got Drake down for a nap (amazingly enough), we are starting to get the hang of regular naps slowly but surely.

Actually got my weight bench all set up and did some weight training on Friday. Had a really good weekend, have stayed focused on my goals. The water still needs work though.

Yay for all that stayed OP this weekend. Me too, although I was DEFINATELY on the high end of OP, and ate too many carbs. But, still stayed within points, just need to keep eating those points, and staying away from eating them with carbs

But, we all have our days, right? At least I didn't gain anything!! And you kinda expect a plateau after losing a lot quickly.

I think I have a little water bloat too from movie theatre popcorn last night.. ah well, you win some, you lose some.
